The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) for sexual harassment is an internal committee of Loyola College constituted in accordance with the UGC (Prevention, prohibition and redressal of sexual harassment of Women employees and students in Higher educational institutions) Regulations, 2015 read with Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 and offers:
1) To provide protection and redressal of complaints of sexual harassment at workplace
2) To create awareness on gender-sensitisation and on the role of the ICC
Loyola College exercises a zero tolerance policy towards sexual harassment in any form and serves to promote a healthy and safe environment in which both students and employees can work efficiently. Loyola College vows to deal with discrimination or harassment in any form and to this effect ICC plays an active role to realize them. Any female student/staff can approach the Convenor of the ICC against sexual harassment.
